She made the home buying very easy from start to finish by going out of her way to make everything smooth and enjoyable. She was there every single step of the way keeping me up to date on everything, and she gave good insight about how to negotiate, resulting in excellent results in the competitive Seattle real estate market. The thing about Marie-Noelle is that she is extremely well connected and can always anticipate her clients' needs. Besides helping with the actual transaction, she gave me great recommendations for electricians, insurance agents, and many other services. She even recommended me a SimpliSafe security system for my new place after she overheard me talking about home security! Not only did she do that, but she also advised me on choosing the best lender and helped me understand how to get the best mortgage rate. Regardless of how busy she is, Marie-Noelle always picked up my calls when I needed her and helped me out whenever possible. I also had the opportunity to attend one of her real estate classes, which was a wonderful experience. If you need a very proactive agent to go the extra mile, Marie-Noelle is your person!

She was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way and on track to get things done on time. We listed our house on a Thursday and had an offer the next day and another on Saturday. From our first conversation to closing, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions and happily arranged multiple visits whenever we wanted to see a home again before making a decision. The offer process was smooth and well managed, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward. Marie-Noell is also very resourceful and has an excellent network. She connected us with a fantastic loan broker and insurance broker, both of whom made the financing process much easier.
